Anyone collaborating in any way with the Congress, the AIBR journal or the ARIES journal is entitled to special discounts, applicable to any selected registration category.

| Coordinators and participants in panels registered by the deadline, already formed and in accordance with the guidelines of the 13th Congress. | 15 € |
| ARIES section directors (2026–2027 period), AIBR board members (2026–2027 period) and emeritus directors. | 30 € |
- Special discounts will always be applied to the official registration fee selected and supported by documentation by each participant.
- To apply the discounts, the Congress organisers will send each eligible participant a code to use when paying their registration fee.
- Special discounts cannot be combined.
